Located at only 500 metres from the beach and centre of the town, those duplex  were totally renewed during the winter 2006.

Due to its capacity of 6 or 8 people is the best option to big families or friends groups.These duplex are totally equipped with washing-machine, washing-dishes, owen, micro-wave and Air conditionning (extra charge).
In order to make your holidays unforgatable we gives you the possibility to spent your time in a magnificient place not given up your own home facilities.
L’Estartit a small fishing village, located in the province of Girona at 120 km at the north of Barcelona and at only 60 km from GIRONA Airport. It is a big tourist centre in the north of Costa Brava, thanks to its sand’s beaches 5 km long, it’s slightly deep water, its beautiful coves and situated close to the Medes’ islands.

Duplex is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, TV,  kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a bathroom and furnished terrace. On the first floor: three double rooms with balcony, a bathroom. Air conditioning (optional)

Remarks

In our service is included the water, gas and electricity, cleaning (arrival and departure),swimming pool access and bed linen (changed once a week)

Rental conditions: Minimum stay of 4 nights the whole season except from 20/06 till 12/09 (departure) minimum stay of 7 nights mandatory from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit: 150€ (cash only) will be request at the arrival as a damage guarantee; this amount will be totally refund at the end of the stay before the check-out of the apartment.
Remarks:

• Pets are not allowed
• All the extra charges have to be paid directly in the reception (only cash)
• Extra charges will be “ON REQUEST” (Important: Please, let us know your preferences during the booking process)
• if you need to pick up the keys out of working hours (17h-20h) additional 15€ service fee will be charged (per apartment/cash only).
• Shorts stays: Less than 4 nights extra charge 30% of the stay (On request, please contact our customer service)
